Sacred Movement Dance experience will help you to connect with the beauty of our unique body and wonderful in its own expression.There are some lovely simple techniques to unlock and free movement that has been waiting to be expressed by you.
Sacred Movement Dance will combine different body movement practices : classical ballet basic, bharatanatyam ( Indian classical dance ) , modern elements, mudras, yoga and meditation.

This intuitive dance practice was developed by Nadja Haas and Elena Delendi in 2017 during collaboration in Berlin.
